Something not working, or a question about your account? Write to us.
Email support
support@getfoyernow.comWe answer on business days. Please include your email address and, if you are a client, the name of the realtor you are working with.
Signing in
Your realtor invites you by email, and you choose your own password when you accept that invitation. If the invitation has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then ask them to send it again.
Forgotten your password? Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign in page and we will email you a reset link. For safety it expires, so ask for a fresh one if it has been sitting a while.
Uploading documents
Foyer accepts PDFs and photos. Photos taken on your phone are converted to PDF for you, so a photograph of a pay stub is fine. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
Your documents are stored privately. Only you and the realtor you are working with can open them, and every file is fetched through a short-lived private link rather than a public address.
Your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Your account while signed in. Deletion is permanent: it removes your uploaded documents and the information you entered.
If you cannot sign in to do it, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Deleting a renter’s account removes their whole file at once: documents, the rental application, photos, voice notes, messages and the sign in. The realtor keeps no copy.
To delete only part of your data, press Delete beside a file you uploaded, ask the person you are working with to delete a file’s documents, or email us. Files are also deleted automatically once they have been closed for the retention period: 180 days, unless your realtor chooses otherwise.
What is kept: backup copies, for the period set out in our Privacy Policy, and the billing records of realtors, for up to 7 years as Canadian tax law requires. Deleting a team member’s account removes their sign in and profile; messages they sent stay in their clients’ conversations.
For realtors
Questions about your plan, your team, or billing go to the same address. Billing is managed on the Foyer website rather than in the iPhone or Android app.
Security and privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for using Foyer are in our Terms of Service.
To report a security problem, write to privacy@getfoyernow.com and we will come back to you.
